During my recent business trip to Ngapali, my director chose Jade Marina Resort And Spa for our stay, and I must say it was an excellent decision. This 4-star hotel by the sea provided the perfect ambiance to soak up the sun and unwind after a long day of work. The resort boasts a stunning beachfront location with clear turquoise waters and white sandy beaches that are truly captivating. The well-maintained facilities and attentive staff ensured a comfortable stay throughout. One of the highlights was the variety of treatment therapies offered, including aromatherapy and reflexology, which added an extra touch of relaxation to my trip.

Although my overall experience at Jade Marina Resort And Spa was fantastic, there was one minor issue that caught my attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. The setting was excellent, with a beautiful beach right at our doorstep. The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with any requests we had. The resort was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Despite a minor issue with the meal service being disorganized during lunchtime, the breakfast and dinner experiences were much better organized. we had a wonderful time at Jade Marina Resort & Spa and would definitely consider returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right at the beach where we could relax and soak up the sun. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of local and western options.

Couldn't fault anything.

Spent new year in a resort located in the centre of the beach, which was perfect for our morning walks and evening swims. Lots of great restaurants nearby both on the beach and the road behind it. A pleasant and relaxing atmosphere was enhanced by the stunning pool, which was the highlight of our stay.

Our room was dated and noisy, located near a road with lots of loud drivers honking their horns. Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful and struggled with our requests due to their poor English.

We loved the fact that we were right on a beautiful, quiet, and clean sandy beach. Additionally, we appreciated being in close proximity to several great restaurants. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pool, which was big and relaxing, and the breakfast, which had plenty of options. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, and they made check-in easy, even allowing us to arrive earlier than the standard time.

The hotel was situated just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with stunning views from the breakfast area. the bathroom was stylishly designed, with a cleverly located glass window above the shower to let in natural light. Housekeeping visited regularly, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of tasty options.

The rude and unhelpful staff made our experience at the hotel less enjoyable.

the villa we rented had a breathtaking beach view and the location was peaceful, away from tourist attractions. the staff, especially Kay Ki at the Sunset bar, were incredibly friendly and attentive. the room was spacious and clean, with a peaceful balcony. the breakfast had plenty of delicious options, both local and western. the hotel also had a great kitchen and we strongly recommend trying their lunch and dinner options, albeit at standard European prices. a wonderful and luxurious hotel with a great location. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 🌟.

During my Xmas vacation, I had a good time at a beach resort in a central location within the Ngapali area. the beach was amazing for swimming, and I also enjoyed taking walks to explore the area.

There were some aspects of the resort that I did not appreciate. the drinks and food at the hotel's restaurants were pricey, and the quality was terrible.
